Opis

Location: Osterøy, Norway.

Job description:
• We are currently offering a job for CNC Operators / Programmers in Norway, in the city of Osterøy;
• Manufacturing of precision parts with diameters ranging from approximately Ø3 to Ø200 mm, where high precision requirements apply, and tolerances start from 0.01 mm, using CNC turning, milling, and combined "MillTurn" machines.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, change tools and monitor production.
• Interpret technical drawings, work with tolerances, measure components and perform quality checks.
• Identify production issues and make necessary adjustments.
• For experienced candidates: CNC programming and machining process optimisation.

Requirements:
• Ability to start work as soon as possible;
• At least 2 years of work experience with CNC turning and/or milling machines;
• Experience in manufacturing precision parts, CNC programming, working with DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, Nakamura, GROB, or Index-Traub machines, Fanuc, Sinumerik, or Traub TX8i control systems, and Edgecam or VERICUT software is an advantage;
• Ability to read technical drawings, understand tolerances, and perform measurements;
• Ability to independently set up machines for operation and resolve production issues;
• Meticulousness, a sense of responsibility, a focus on quality, and the ability to work in a team;
• English or Norwegian language proficiency at a B1 level or higher;

We offer:
• Long-term CNC operator / programmerjob in Norway;
• Salary from 278-298 NOK/h (gross), depending on experience and competencies;
• Number of working hours: 40 hours/week, overtime possible;
• Salary is paid monthly;
